Objective:
• Develop my artistic ability to the highest level of my achievement. Share my vision, creativity, and passion for dance by using my knowledge, and experience to give back to the community.

Training:
• 18 years dancing, 14 of those years studying and competing under the direction of Spotlight Dance Works Artistic Directory Liz Schmidt, in Jazz, Modern, Tap, Character, Ballet, Pointe and Contemporary dance. Trained with Eva Powers in STOTT Pilates

• Residencies with Lauren Adams, Desmond Richardson, Ralph Lemon, Sonya Tayeh, Nathan Trice, Ray Mercer, ​Julia Bour, and Larry Keigwin.

Experience:
• Taught an intensive at Letha Fulton's School of Dance. Instructor at Mt. Clemens High School, Planet Dance, Bravo Dance Center, and Lashelle's School of Dance. Instructor at Rhythm-N-Jump Dance Academy in 2012. Taught a Modern 1010 class and Work’ D Winter Workshop at Wayne State. Assisted at Spotlight Dance Works and Michelle’s Academy of Dance & Performing Arts Center.

​Performed:
•Opened up for Charlie Wilson and Fantasia Barrino at the Fox Theatre on New Year's Eve 2013 with the artist Kiko. Performed with the band Fifty Amp Fuse under the direction of Steve Trudell.

 

• Danced for R&B/Pop Artist Princeton on 106 & park, FM 98 WJLB What Next on The Menu at St. Andrews, and Wayne State Universities October Fest.

 

• Performed at the Music Hall with Mike Ellison and toured with him in the Detroit area. Toured with Wayne States Dance Workshop and Dance Company One. Performed at Art Lab J's 5th Annual Detroit Dance Race.


​•2 years in the Detroit Lions Thanksgiving Half Time Show, 2 years of Motor City Movement: A Collaboration of Choreographers, 4 years at the Palace of Auburn Hill Detroit Piston Pre-game show, 4 years of Wayne State Universities: December Departmental concert, Spring concert, Bonstelle Theater concert, 2 years in Dance Workshop concert, and 1 year in the Noel Night concert.


Choreography:
• Works performed in Wayne State Universities Dance Workshop concert and Senior Capstone concert.​ Choreographed and performed for the Smother Brothers "Let it Shine" music video and Get up and move showcase. Also collaborated work showcased at Motor City Movement.

• Alvin Ailey Summer Dance Intensive, The Edge in California, Millennium in California, Break the Floor Summer Dance Intensive California, and NYCDA National Convention in New York City.
